MOTOR
Motor is TEAO type with weatherproof IP55 Class F insulation.

FAN AND DRIVE
The fans can be Vee belt driven and are located on top of the
fan stack. Gear reducer is also available upon request.
Airfoil-shaped blades are fabricated from aluminum alloy and the hubs are of galvanized steel.

FAN STACK
Fan stack is made of stainless steel or galvanized steel. The special aerodynamic design as well as the
location of fan improves power consumption. Furthermore, because of the
longer stack, it can discharge the hot moist air away from the tower
so as to minimize the chance of re-circulation

DRIFT ELIMINATOR
The drift eliminator prevents water droplets from escaping in the exhaust
air stream so as to ensure the drift loss to be less than 0.005% of
circulating water flow rate. |

|
SPRAY NOZZLE
Special design spray nozzle ensures the spray of water in square
pattern and evenly dirstributed over the surface of filler. |

CASING AND BASIN
Casing body and basin are made of mild steel with hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel. |

FILLER
High performance RYOWO film type filler is the heart of the cooling tower.
The special formed PVC sheets maximize the air/water contact area and
minimize air pressure drop to assure efficient heat transfer.

AIR INLET LOUVER
Air inlet louver made of PVC material and matching
the rest of tower can prevent water splashing out from
the tower. |

ALL SUPPORTING STEEL MEMBERS
All supporting steel members are hot-dip galvanized to
minimize rusting and corrosion, and ensure long service
life even in corrosive atmosphere. The stainless hardware
members are also available upon request.
